Breakfast is considered as the most important meal of the day. It is the source of energy for the long working day.
However not all food that we eat seem not healthy during breakfast, somefood shouldn't be consumed on an empty stomach.

DON'T EAT HIGH SUGAR FRUIT JUICES

DON'T EAT COFFEE OR TEA
Coffee are popular everymorning but drinkin coffee or tea in the morning might cause stomach discomfort and nausea when your stomach is empty. Coffee or tea on an empty stomach may aggravate the symptoms if gastritis and reflux.
DO EAT NUTS
Nuts are excellent food to start the day due to their high protein and healthy fat content, they also help normalize yhe pH levels in the stomach which turns lower the risk of excess stomach acid and ulcers.
DON'T EAT CIRCUS FRUITS
Eating them on an empty stomach may irritate inflamed lower esophagus. Although this doesn't apply to everyone it's good to avoid to consume them early in the morning.

Soda and sugar free carbonated drinks should be avoided on an empty stomach. They damage mucous membranes which reduces the blood supply to the brain and slows down digestion.
DO EAT CORNMEAL PORRIDGE

DO EAT WHOLE GRAINS(no yeast)
