Remove your tartar at home and REMOVE THAT NASTY PLAQUE AND TARTAR BUILDUP


It is important to brush, floss and rinse our mouth using toothbrush, tooth paste and even antiseptic mouthwash to prevent tartar buildup. But sometimes this can't be avoided.

You will need:
Baking soda
Toothbrush
Hydrogen peroxide
Salt
Water
Cup
Dental pick
Antiseptic mouth wash

Step 1:

Prepare mixture of 1 tablespoon of preparing pop and ½ teaspoon of salt into some container. Then, with warm water wet your toothbrush and dunk it into the blend. Brush your teeth with the mixture and spit afterwards. Repeat this procedure for 5 minutes.

"Mix glass full with hydrogen peroxide with some warm water and wash your mouth for one moment with this liquid, then spit and flush with some cool water."

Step 3:

Using a dental pick, rub the yellow tartar from your teeth.  Avoid rubbing your gums because it can cause harm.
