400g clean and cut onion
2 teaspoons turmeric
400g brown sugar
1 small piece ginger root
In a larger pot, boil the water and the brown sugar. Then, add the onion and the ginger root. Lastly, add the turmeric and some grated ginger. When the mixture starts to boil,lower the temperature. Let it cool at a room temperature, and then store it in the fridge.
Drink a glass of the mixture twice a day – in the morning before breakfast and 2 hours after dinner. For best results, exercise regularly while on the treatment. We also suggest taking a hot bath for 20 minutes every day in order to flush out the toxins easier. Inhaling eucalyptus oil may also be helpful.
