This remedy is helpful in the case with dry, scaly, tired and flaky feet. The best thing about this remedy is that the ingredients needed to prepare it are probably now in your kitchen, waiting for you.
– 2-4 cups of milk
– 3 tablespoons of baking soda
Start with warming the milk. After you have warmed the milk, pour it in a basin and continue with adding the baking soda in the warm milk. Stir it well.
Put your feet in the mixture and leave them like that for 10 minutes so they can soak. After those 10 minutes rinse your feet with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel. At the end foot cream should be applied.
